#BestOfBestPH2015

The Best of Best Concert was the event that I have been waiting for weeks and I was happy and sad it was over. I really enjoyed the performances from Super Junior, Girls' Generation, Red Velvet and BTOB. I couldn't believe the stars I only watched in YouTube were now so close yet so far. But they were magic. They're exactly how saw them on the computer or mobile phone.

-The Before-
The concert was to be held at the renowned Philippine Arena- the world's biggest indoor arena. And it was in far away Sta. Maria Bulacan so shuttle ride can be bought separately for 50Php ($1). Me and my husband's tickets were for the 4:30 pm schedule and we almost missed it. When we got there at around 5:00 pm there were already thousands of people. The place was huge and beautiful. The Phil. Arena stood there proud and also the Phil. Sports Center.
The atmosphere was energetic. There were a lot of food stalls and KPop booths to keep the Kids occupied until 7pm. There were shawarma, pizza, burgers etc. But they cost a lot, too. Globe Telecom had a booth for pictures and makeovers. Unfortunately, they catered only to prepaid subscribers.

It was around 7:50pm that everyone got in.
I was sad that Admissions threw our bought food in the trash just like that. I have been to a number of concerts before at the SM MoA Arena and they let put your food and all "unallowables" in the sides and give you tags to pick it back later after the event. Talk about wasting money.

-Security-
There were very few security around the arena or inside the arena. When Sam Oh announced everyone to settle and not all are inside yet, the kids (yeah, the smitten kpop fans) rushed in, almost running over the helpless staff. And the Arena was huge, so I wasn't really expecting that all seats will be filled. There were chunk of empty seats in the gen-ad and lower boxes still. Regardless, all should follow seat assignments, but most of the fans jumped to the empty lower part of the gen-ad section. It was scary. Somebody could have fallen. Sometimes, fans can forget about safety in exchange of seeing their idols closer.

To be continued.
